Content Marketing

At The Smallpeice Trust, our collaboration was an inspiring journey of strategic campaign planning and creative execution. We delved deep into writing comprehensive marketing plans, which laid the groundwork for a series of successful campaigns.

Our efforts in content marketing were focused on creating engaging, brand-aligned content across multiple platforms to effectively communicate The Smallpeice Trust’s vision and engage their audience. This included developing a cohesive narrative for social media, ensuring every post was not just visually striking but also resonated with the brand’s voice and mission.

“Content marketing is a commitment, not a campaign.”
Jon Buscall

“Marketing is no longer about the stuff you make, but about the stories you tell.”

Planning and Campaign Development

Our journey with The Smallpeice Trust began with meticulous planning, where we crafted detailed marketing plans to guide their annual promotional activities. These plans were tailored to not only align with the Trust’s overall objectives but also to resonate with their target audience.

To support these plans, we developed a suite of marketing assets. This included an ‘off-the-shelf’ option, designed to streamline their annual promotions. These ready-to-use assets, ranging from digital graphics to written content, were created to ensure a consistent, impactful presence across all campaigns, making the execution of annual promotions both efficient and effective. This approach allowed for seamless integration into The Smallpeice Trust’s marketing calendar, ensuring that each campaign was well-equipped and resonated with their audience.

Boosting Sales Through Website Redesign

Our client approached us with the goal of increasing sales for one of their outreach programs. To address this challenge, we began with a thorough analysis of their existing data and reviewed screen recordings to understand user behavior. We also conducted in-depth UX research to gain insights into the user experience.

Through our analysis, we identified two key issues: the website was missing crucial information that potential customers needed, and the navigation was overly complicated, making it difficult for users to find what they were looking for.

Armed with these insights, we set out to redesign the website. Our approach focused on simplifying the content to make it more accessible and easier to understand. We improved the visual appeal by enhancing the imagery used throughout the site. Additionally, we optimized the calls-to-action, making them more prominent and compelling.

The result was a more user-friendly website that effectively showcases the outreach program and encourages visitors to take action. By addressing the core issues we identified, we created a site that not only looks better but also performs better in terms of engaging potential customers and driving sales.
